Wondering where our Big Horn is????

Hoping we can get some information concerning the unit we ordered in June. Our dealer has no information and we were hoping to get some news by now. The order was placed at Bill Thomas Camper in Wentzville, MO on June 5th. They keep telling us they have no information for us so thought we would post out here in hopes of getting direct information from Bighorn.

PM Jim he can find out. Ours was suppose to take 6-8 weeks. Was here at a tad shorter than 6. Hang in there.

You can call Heartland and ask for your Regional Sales Manager.
Provide that person with your dealer name and order date, and you should get a date of when it goes, or has gone to production.

Waiting is always the hardest part. We ordered our BH 3185 in February and received it in April. Wow, was that a long 6 to 7 weeks. But, was it worth it. We love our BH. Be patient and when your unit receives a VIN number your dealer should be able to track the progress or the factory can. But you really need a VIN number to check on progress. Hope this helps.

Thanks to all for the ideas/suggestions. Just got a call today from our salesman.....our Bighorn has been finished and should arrive any day now! Can't wait to get it!!!!
