how to check power converter on cyclone 3010 2010

how can to no how to check the converter, i plugged in the land line still no power inside the trailer,battery is charged full, tryed to run a/c still didn't work. started gen. a/c works.had trailer in shop to check about a month ago used one time. was taking a sound. now it don't make any sound, would can some help. this trailer has been trouble from the start. here is a list of things gone bad , axle fell off going around 60 miles per mile, water pump,lp gauge ,cabinet doors 2 wood went bad,cable input don't work,door lock don't work half of the time,fuel pump had a blocked line. decals peeling off,rear tail light fell off,sofa bed didn't fit right, master bed frame side fell off,landing gears loud noise,rust on rear outside handles,all of this for a semi new trailer, bought new last June 2009 and we used it maybe 6 times we live in Michigan and it snows 5 months thanks for any help we are starting to think we may have bought the wrong trailer we tried to get a other trailer and pay for a upgrade but know one would talk to us. our 1 year warranty just ended.would like some help. thanks rick from Michigan
