Kitchen Dura pull out faucet problems

Has anyone had problems with the Dura pullout kitchen faucet. I Have a 2010 Bighorn and the faucet will not turn without applying lots of pressure and then the whole shaft turns. I have contacted the Dura company and waiting on their reply. Just checking to see if I am the only one with problems.

try taking the cap off and loosen the hold down nut a touch with a screwdriver and small hammer. just a little not much
