missed

I have a new 3200 rl purchased last month. Our owners manual says their is a battery disconnect in it. Their isn't one. The manual also says their is a 12volt receptacle in storage area and their is not one. I was wondering if they forgot this or their is a quality control problem at the factory.

I suspect that your owner's manual is for the Landmark and Bighorn. Those features you question are both features of the Landmark and not the Bighorn. Sorry.
