I also had great service in the parts department from Becky Davis. She called me in regards to an e-mail that I sent requesting assistance in ordering a replacement window and the graphics that were attached to it. She e-mailed me an attachment with the graphics for my 09 Sundance while I was on the phone with her. I was able to complete the order and the parts arrived in a timely manner.

It took HL almost 3 weeks to even order parts for me from their supplier, not good. My brother, TGLBWH, has been waiting for a window screen for his Elk Ridge since late April or early May, not good.
