I was reading through my manual that came with my Bighorn. It says to check and make sure the bolts are tight on the pin box but there is no torque setting to use.

So what is the torque please.

Thanks

Bill

Hi Bill,
When I installed my MorRyde pin box the instructions had a chart of torque values for various bolt sizes. Here is a link to those instructions:

http://www.morryde.com/pdfs/pinbox/pinbox-RPB153-002.pdf

The torque chart is on page 3 and this one won't make your head explode. The only problem I had was that my pinbox bolts are 1/2-20, grade 8 which is not listed on the chart. So, I contacted MorRyde and they said the correct torque value is 100 ft-lbs for 1/2-20 grade 8 bolts.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the links. That one chart could give you a long reading time for figureing out torque.
