What does the factory & warranty say??

We have a 2011 265 sundance we picked up last Nov. I need to clean the roof.
There has been alot of people saying different things about cleaning. I need to know
what the heartland factory say about cleaning. I don't what to mess up the warranty.
We plan on keeping the sundance a long time. We love it. It also pulls like a dream.
Just got done with a 2100 mile trip.

The roof manufacturer recommends "dawn" dish soap and a soft brush. Rinse it very well when done.

I'm not sure about what cleaning material you should use to clean your roof. You should have all of the information about your roof in the owners manuals. I believe that all of the info is in the packet that you received when you took delivery of your unit.
