DOP and DOM

Completing a warranty form and it is asking for the "DOM and DOP" of the unit. How do I find out what these mean and then how do you find out what they are? I gather the DOM is the Date Of Manufacture but not sure about the DOP.

DAAAAA. Must have been a blond moment for this silver haired oldie. DOM=Date of Manufactur and DOP=Date of Purchase. It has to do with the Seat Tech sofa bed.
