We decided last night to go to Branson Dec.5-10 to check out Christmas lights. Anybody have suggestions on campgrounds. We may have problems with resv. on a three week notice, or may stay in Ark. and drive over on day trips.

We stayed at Musicland campground and loved it...Really neat design but if you have trouble walking it might be rough. The campground is really nice and quiet, nice people will guide you right in.....It is located right off the strip which makes thigs cool.....

We have been thru ABC to look at it last month when we were there. We stayed at Branson Stagecoach which is less than a mile from the Dam on Table Rock Lake. When we go again, we will choose Branson Stagecoach.

Jim, We have stayed at ABC 2 times, the last time a year ago, and it is a nice cg. It has nice facilities for a rally and would be worth checking into. It is not right down town, but it is very easy to get to. It is in a nice quite location, no highway trafic noise or anything like that.

Some lucky person is getting a Bighorn. Saw one being towed by a dealer going east on I-80 at about 3 pm today. I will be heading south with a Landmark in the am.

Hey Glenn...

It was nice meeting you and Butch today Glenn. We are staying overnight at Holiday TRAV-L-PARK off I-75 exit 1. Had a good trip so far and will probably do another overnight somewhere in Georgia. Trying to time our arrival in Zephyrhills FL on Monday.

Cheers....Tom & Sharol

We stayed at Riverside Park 2 weeks ago. This being the first time in Branson, we had no idea what to expect. From our 1st experience, I would not enjoy trailering a rig trying to get to any of the campgrounds in town. Access to Riverside was easy from the North. Close to the new Bass Pro. Easy to access the Red Route. Once we learned how to navigate in and around town it was a good time. The first night there was havoc. The campground was quiet at night. The only noise during the day was the Scenic Railway. We had a nice site in the only area with trees.

We returned from Branson yesterday and had a great time. Being from the upper Texas gulf coast we are not used to the cold weather, so we about froze, the snow on the ground when we arrived was still there when we left. We stayed at Americas Best Campground and it was nice but not quite what were used to( no trees sites a little close) I think most people go to Branson for the shows not the camping. We wanted to stay at Musicland but they were closed due to the ice. We love our Bighorn more with every trip we make. Bill
