Finding Model Number and information

Good afternoon,

New BigHorn owner here. Fell in love with it when we first got to see this unit.
Its a used 2006 model.
VIN 5SFBT31216E001572
Its a trailer which appears to be rare in these forums for the Bighorns...

I am wondering where a) I can find the model number for reference purposes on this forum and when dealing with a dealership
b) Where i might find owner manuals (most on here seem to be for the RV and 5th wheels?

really looking forward to getting this baby out next to lake and relaxing in the fall air!

Click on the "Portal" tab at the top of the page, and call the Heartland Service number listed on the top left.

If I recall correctly, the Bighorn Trailer was a special build (may have been for post-Katrina purposes, not sure about that). The best place for info on those would be to call customer service (877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030). With the VIN number they may can help you with the owner's manual.
