I'm going to guess that it's because different suppliers have different appliance models that could be used. Trying to actually match appliance models to each of the different makes and models of RV would basically mean each owner's manual would have to be customed tailored to that specific unit.
That being said, take a look at the top of your page and find the "Tools" link with the drop down menu. You'll find many of the appliance user manuals there.
