Manteca Trailer Sales Heartland Service

:p Sounds like an old story, just a different day. Sales people are waiting out front for you business, but whose waiting for your service business. Took my 2011 Sundance in because of a faulty thermostat. Got a call stating they had repaired the "wiring" prob and I could come pick up the rig (62mi away). When I got there, they were sorry but the new thermostat had to be ordered. Then when I go to hook my TV up to the 5er, the coach batteries were dead and I couldn't get anyone to "help." Again, where's the service after the sale?????

Where is the owner or manager? Did you attempt to talk to him (her)? Write a letter of complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Then write a letter to the editor of the local newspaper and CC the letter to the owner of the dealership. Make some waves to let everyone know in the local area what type of dealership they really are. I bet you will hear from the owner.
