Just returned from Elkhart. Gary Wheeler and Ben Wiginton of Mor/Ryde were able to get us in for a check of the alignment on the spur of the moment. Thank you for your quick and professional service. Keith and Sergio also assisted and completed the check finding I only needed a minor adjustment. The brakes and tires looked fine and were wearing as they should.
I asked if the rig needed to be jacked up to grease it and Ben (service manager), Keith and Sergio all said if it would take the grease without jacking it is not necessary.
Once again we (DW and I) found Mor/Ryde to be a class organization who treat their customers right. Thanks again.
