Tow vehicle for Big Horn 3580

We have been towing with a 2002 F350,LB, DW, CC, diesel.Also have a 2500 cummings for the goose neck horse trailer. Selling both trucks only needing one. Looking at a 3500 Mega Cab,sw,sb,. We like the breaking system, friends say we,re fools to get rid of the F350. What can you tell me about the 3500 Mega Cab,sb. Havn,t pulled with a short bed before?

I love my Megacab 3500. With the rear seat folded down its almost like a cross between a station wagon and a pickup. And, yes, the integrated exhaust brake is terrific. Pulls my rig with no problem and is very stable, even though its a SRW. As for the short bed, you will have to make up your own mind about the slider-hitch issue.
