that's your antenna booster...it must be on to receive over-the-air TV, and off when hooked to cable...

That should be your amplifier for your roof antenna. It must be on (red light on) when using the crankup offair antenna and off for using the cable from campground.

it is the power switch for the 12 antenna booster. only use it (light on) when using the over the air antenna on the roof.

If you look close one jack will be cable/antenna and the other should be labeled satellite.

The red button/light is for your TV antenna amplifier. One cable connector is for antenna and the other should be for a satellite connection. Now this is just my guess as I'm not sure about a Cyclone. I'm sure you will get the correct answer.

does this button have to be on if you're using the tv in the living room? been watching lots of dvd's. (we've only boondocked with the trailer since we've had it, probably seem like being at the Ritz if we were plugged in).

You need the button red light ON if you are watching over the air antenna and OFF if you are connected to Cable.

Yes, it must be on for the antenna to work with TV in living room or bedroom... It also is 12v, so if you have 12v TV it will work for you boondocking.

There's a good chance that the satellite connection is not connected to anything, but if you get satellite, you can reconfigure the connections to get it to work in the bedroom.

Well its been answered what it is, and when you need it. But when your unit is in storage, make sure the light is off or it will drain your battery.

So will the LP gas detector (the little green light located somewhere near the floor). Only way to turn it off is to disconnect the battery.
