electric heater

I would like to find an electric heater (1500W) that is set up with a remote thermostat located at the other end of the living area in 5th wheel. We have a ceramic heater now that works OK but all the heat travels to the sleeping area. The built in thermostat cannot work very efficiently. Anyone know of such a thing? Thanks..Al

Normally you want the thermostat sampling the air that is being conditioned. You could rig up a remote but I can think of more reasons that it is a bad idea than a good one.

a samll circ. fan located in same area, behind if possible, would move ther air around the unit and save a possible fire from unit overheating the area it's in. or flammable stuff around it.

The Lasko from Walmart has been our choice. Several models, small footprint, oscillating, quiet, etc.
