Temporary winterizing

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask for advice on winterizing our Bighorn. Last year, I winterized with a large jug of RV antifreeze and parked her for a few months. This year, we plan on using the trailer at least a weekend or two every month throughout the winter.

It doesn't generally get very cold here in the Vancouver, BC area, and we generally only get a few days of below freezing temps.

So, can I get away with using an air compressor and a special little adaptor I acquired, and only blowing out the water lines with air?

Any thoughts?

That's how I usually winterize my unit, just open bypass to HWH and be sure to blow out all lines including toilet and outside shower.
Open low point drains and pour some pink stuff in each drain. Never had a problem doing this.

Don't forget the black tank flusher! Ice maker if you have one. If you've ever used the fresh water pump, some water remains in that line and needs to be pumped through with anti-freeze.
