Cracked drawer front (Oak)

One of our kitchen cabinet drawer front is splitting. This is getting worse and may eventually split in two. It should be replaced. I would do it myself; but I would have trouble matching the oak. The oak seems to come from eastern North America and is different than what we have available in the West.

Any suggestions as to what could be done? I don't think gluing would work as a splinter of the grain is detaching itself from the drawer front.

As a first step I would contact the factory parts department and see if they could supply one for you.

Contact Heartland Customer Service and see about getting a ready-made replacement. Give them the last six digits of your VIN and they may be able to match you up and send it to you.

Thanks, Y'all, I received my drawer front and will be installing it soon. We flew home for Christmas and the part was here when we got back.
