I am considering the option of getting Slide-Topper Awnings. My first RV so looking for opinions.

At first glance it would look like the slide area is the most prone to ingress of water as well as deteriation of the rubber seals.

Had them dealer installed when we bought our Sundance. Living on the Wet Coast of Canada they tend to keep things drier and cleaner.

Ours are Dometic's and were put on by the dealer before we took possession. Well worth the cost.

A wise choice, they keep water and foreign objects off, if you dont have them installed you will want to physically check the slide roof each time prior to closing the slide.

Have your dealer check out the prices for you. It was cheaper for us to have them put on at the factory than to have the dealer install them after delivery.
