I noticed a small gap on the underside of the bedroom slideout on my 3400RL where the gasket material sweeps the bottom fiberglass. This looks like a great place for wasps to come in and build a nest under my bed. I am having the dealer (ExploreUSA in Seguin, Texas) put a strip of gasket material on the fiberglass so that it will rest against the flap when the slide is open. I would like to encourage the factory to consider doing this on all new units. This appears to be an area where time will result in an opening in many of the units using the current design even if there is no opening now and the increased cost for this change would be negligible.
