Experiencing a soft and spongy floor in the hallway and bath room in my 2009 Sundance 3300SK, my son in law and myself verified there was no water leaks by removing the basement 1/8 inch wood panelling under the bathroom and hallway and inspecting everything. First thing we saw was the floor joist are 12 to 16 centered with no insulation between any of the joist. We installed several 2x3 support pieces between the existing joist under the bathroom and hallway and then stuffed insulation between the joist. Floor is much more solid. Question is, has anyone else had to reinforce the hallway or bathroom? DW and myself are not over weight by any stretch, Heartland told me I was out of warranty. Thanks and be safe!
