Good Sam extended service plan

WE have a 2011 5th wheel which is covered under warranty. Also own a 2005 Dodge 2500 diesel TV. Warranty has expired on the truck. I live in Canada. I would like to buy coverage for the truck. I asked Good Sam if they would provide coverage. They told me that I would need to provide a US address such as a friends address, campground or almost any address would do. I can provide an address but am a little bit concerned about the address issue. Does anybody have any experience with this? Thanks....Al
