Lippert has treated us well

We purchased our Sundance QS3300 in Missouri in April of 2010. We LOVE it.
After about 1000 miles of use we discovered tire wear on two tires. We were leaving on a trip to Seattle and the Oregon Coast. We called Steve at Heartland and he told us to take our trip. He documented everything and said we could work on the problem when we returned.
Upon our return we began the process of resolving the tire problem. Steve sent us to RV World in Ramsey, MN. We thought it was probably an axle problem because the wear was on both axles on opposing sides.
Jason from RV World arranged to have Lippert ship new axles and our old axles were sent back to Lippert for evaluation. When the new axles were installed we picked up our unit.
We were really nervous about the outcome because we have read a lot of negative criticism about Lippert on this forum and on other user forums as well. About one week after picking up our unit Steve from Heartland called and informed us that Lippert took full responsibility for improper weld on the spindle. Lippert also paid for two new tires which Steve has shipped.
This was a great Christmas present from Lippert. Thanks to Steve at HL and Jason from RV World for all their help. Thank you Lippert for standing by your product.
