Scott, I purchased a new 2925RK from Rays's RV in Cordilla, CA. During the PDI, which ws on 12-21-2006 we had 20 items that needed to be corrected. Their service center is located in West Sacramento, CA. I believe that the last four vin is 4240 ( Ray's could confirm). I contacted the service center today and they stated that they are waiting parts from the factory with will take 6 to 8 weeks. I am a little frustrated because I will have made 3 payments on a coach that I have been unable to use. Could your staff look into this and help a customer out.

Thanks, Butch Lee 707-330-5159

I don't want to hijack your thread, but you might try to give Chris DeLapaz an email or call him, He may be able to help you out. I believe he is the rep for the western states.

Thanks DennisZ - you are correct. And for the record, the longest lead time is typically for windows which can take up to three weeks. The only other parts that would approach multiple weeks would be a new front or rear cap that had to crated and freighted. FYI
