On a 2008 3500LR- Big Co: how do you manually crank out the slide out on the kitchen side? While the slide was going out, it got caught on the upper top cabinet door and now it doesn't open out all the way.

I have installed 4 manual shut off valves on the hydraulic system.

You could try to open all the slides and see if the hydraulics can push it further.

I would check if anything has fallen behind the wall trims before appling to much force.

The slide is elevated from the floor and its a real pain to remove anything getting caught behind the side fronts.
It runs on rollers and there is space under the fridge and stove area.

Big Countrys do not come standard equipted with the manual shut off valves. What COULD have happened is the interior cabinet door COULD have thrown the slide out of allignment. Most dealers can check this easlily. When you are outside the coach, look under the slide in question. There are several adjustment screws. The extra force MAY have changed the slide allignment.

This is a moderate to difficult adjustment best performed by dealership personel.

They hydraulic system (standard system) is an open loop system so without the valves (and accompanying plumbing), you cannot isolate one individual slide. It really sounds like an adjustment.
