My cyclone is a little over a year old. I have the Memorex STS71E home theater DVD system. My remote has walked off and is not returning. The manual that I received with the cyclone is just generic. I have attempted to use the universal remotes without sucess. I then contacted the manufacturer and was told that they did not make the unit, it only has their name on it. I have done hours of research on the internet without success. Does any one have any ideas?
