Is it possible to get a replacement remote control for the Memorex STS 71 E home theater system in the cyclone. I have tried the MFG and using universal remotes. No luck so far.

If you call your dealer, they can work through our parts department to get you what you need.

Check your other post! I found one for you and I know it will be cheaper than though a dealer.

Did we get this handled. Sometimes remotes are hard to come by. If needed you can always go through the dealer to get it from parts as a last resort.
