I'm not sure that I'm posting correctly. I posted for my first time two days ago and have not received a reply. I'm not sure Scott saw my post. Or am I supposed to contact him directly?

If you're on an Ask the Factory forum, Scott or one of the other reps will get back to you. Sometimes they're out of the office - occasionally, emails get 'lost'. But they ARE responsive, so try again in a day or so.
