Water Heater Anode replacement

Previously reported the water heater on our BH3670 had been making a noise similar to a boiling tea kettle. Received some very good suggestions from this forum. We were able to return this week with the recommended new anode, 1 1/16" socket, teflon tape and flush out nozzel. Drained the tank, removed wasted anode, performed the flushout and inserted the new anode with taped threads. In all, it took about 10 minutes and totally solved the problem. Thanks to all for your help and suggestions. - Steve
