Jensen DVD/CD Player

Has anyone experienced a problem with their Jensen DVD/CD Player. All of a sudden, mine will not play DVDs or CDs. Radio and MP3 works great as does the USB port.

I had a Jensen in my Edge and seem to recall that the factory folks had me press the reset button and everything started working again (in my case it was the remote). I forget exactly where the reset button is, but the Jensen folks can tell you.
