Cosmetic or more?

DW just noticed this this morning. I'm not sure how long it's been there since it's in a corner of the bedroom slide that normally doesn't get a lot of light. I checked the outside of the slide and don't see any cracks there. I really hope it's just cosmetic. The long crack is 2 1/4 inches. Anyone else have similar cracks?

HK I will have to say it looks like a piece of defective wall board. They way the one crack starts and stops makes me think it was like that before it was installed. I have found a few places where a wayward utility knife made a cut in the walls and an attempt was made to cover the mistake. Something that you don't notice right away and I doubt an occasional visitor would see.
