What is this part and where do I get it?

This part comes off the shower door hinge. There's 1 on top and 1 on the bottom of the hinge, screw goes through into the frame. I've tried one local RV dealer and 3 hardware stores with no luck.

Looks like the pivot pin. You most likely be unable to locate it any where, as they come as part of the shower door hardware kit and is unavailable. Best thing to do is take it to a machine shop and have them make you a new one.

You might try someplace like Home Depot, or Lowe's.

Have you tried Heartland customer service or the parts dept. Might be worth a phone call.

Well, I got to take the scenic route but here's the company that provides the showers for Heartland. Not much info on the website but they do have a contact form. Or the phone number is 800.536.7324

If you can't get it from the shower door people, you will have to make one. Go to hardware store, buy a piece of alum. Rod about that size, drill the hole in it, put on bench grinder and hold with pair of visegrip pliers and grind the point down to the same size. No machine shop needed. May use a bolt made of steel, as the alum. Looks to be too soft.

The folks at Shower Enclosures of America were very helpful. Just received 4 replacement pivot pins in the mail yesterday at no charge.
