Keyless Entry

I need to know when you lock your door with the the Keylss Entry if you then can open the door with your key? I can not, need to know if it's only my coach that does this

My keyless entry can be unlocked with the key after locking with the keypad. Or vice-versa. Make sure you're using the correct keyhole. (also emailed you).
