ATF: North Country - Thickness of wall

I purchased a new 2011 NC33QBDS and I would like to mount a 19" television on the wall in the master bedroom. On the otherside is the shower. I was wondering how deep i can drill into the wall before putting a hole in my shower stall?

I would not drill any deeper that an inch. Most interior walls use a 2"X2" stud. Push on the wall and see if can find some solid lumber to mount the TV support on. Use a stud finder if you have one. I'm not sure how much weight or yanking and tugging the thin plywood walls will take. If you cannot find solid lumber ...I would not leave the TV inthe mount while traveling. For something like a TV mount I would use "moly-fasteners". The 1/2" moly's work good and the screws are not TOOOOO long. The exterior walls are closer to 3" deep.
