A few folks know that I am an avid amateur astronomer, and I know there are several others on the forum as well.

Sky and Telescope magazine has accepted an article from me, and it will appear as a "Focal Point", on the last page of the May 2011 issue of the magazine.

Basically the article talks about the success of Rocky Mountain Star Stare - this is our 25th anniversary. Hope those interested get a chance to read it.

Congrats Al. For those of us who don't get that magazine, perhaps with permission, you can reprint it here.

I think you need to have a Heartland Owners Camp-Out on your club property and you can have your own Heartland Star Stare. Sounds like fun to me!
