Sundance - Bike Rack Load = 200 pounds

My new Sundance 245RL has the slide-out "Bike" rack in back. The lable on the rack says that the maximum load is 200 lbs. The spare tire is attached to the 4" square (tube/bumper/sewer hose storage), which is at the rear of the rack. The tire + tire mount must weight in at close to 50 lbs+.

Question: Does the 200 lb limit include the spare tire or is it is addition to the spare tire?

Point blank..... can I safely put a 200 lb load on the rack with the spare tire in place?

Snakebite..... Ours says 200lbs. with out spare mounted up ront under the trailer tongue. That being said, I would think it means 200 lbs. total.
You have as you said another 150lbs. capacity with your spare back there. Pretty handy feature, we use ours all the time. Happy Trails!

That pull out bike rack has a 200lb max capacity. You have to factor in the weight of the spare tire in the max capacity.

Thanks,
