Fasteners in 3210 bedroom slide actuator support assembly

I noticed that there aren't any fasteners holding the front mount bracket to the floor. The rear bracket has 2 fasteners holding it to the floor (there are 4 holes in the bracket -- but only 2 screws). There are also several fasteners in the center part of the assembly that go into the floor.

My question is: Does the front mount bracket need to be fastened to the floor, or does the rear bolts and the center bolts (that are in-line with the actuator) adequately support the load? I as going to install some fasteners in the forward bracket last night, but wanted to check with you before I did anything. I won't waste my time installing any screws if they aren't required -- or if there isn't any structure under the plywood floor to screw the bracket into.

Thanks in advance.
