Hi everyone.
We live in the 3670 BH and time for yearly maintenance. I usually get the refer and the water heater done, however have been thinking about the furnance. It has been cold this past winter and the furnance ran almost every night without an issue. Do they need cleaned becasue they sit or because they run a lot?---ours did not sit much.
anything else I should be thinking about---what other things do you have maintained on a yearly basis?
