figured out 1/2 time oven

I used the 1/2 time oven alot this winter and found out a few tricks that might help you too. First I always set the temperature about 25 degrees less than what the product calls for. Then I set the time for a couple of minutes over half. Then I watch and if it's browning the biscuits in the middle of the pan first I might take them out and let the rest bake for a couple of more minutes. Makes great breakfast rolls-biscuits-pizza etc. this way. Tom M.
