TV Reception issues

Last time I went out, I set up my folks tvs, and they got a bunch of over the air channels. I was camped right behind them, and barely got any channels.

I tested it at home and picked up a bunch of channels.

Now, I am at a park with a cable hookup. I ran a scan earlier and picked up a bunch of channels. Now, I go to watch, and I can't get any channels.

Help!

Please.

Hi Larry, it sounds like you may have a bad connector somewhere. There has been some discussion about that recently on this forum.
I would start by removing the two screws that hold the signal amplifier to the ceiling in the bedroom and check the connections there. Then I would look at the connectors behind the UDC. You would need to remove the basement bulkhead to access that. There are about four screws in the UDC that help hold the wall in place.
Don't forget to check the connectors at the entertainment cabinet where the living room TV hooks up.

Peace
Dave
