JT LVL-1 Problem follow-up

I mentioned in another post that my JT LVL-1 set was not functioning and that I sent an e-mail to them complaining about it. I received a reply from Donald Payne today that they would send me the next generation of the LVL-1 and were sorry for my inconvenience. I didn't ask for a replacement, I was just venting a bit. I did mention in my reply that I would post this example of excellent customer care/support on the forum.
