ATF: Bighorn - Three questions

We have a brand new BigHorn 3070RL.

1. Does the toilet have a straight down connection to the black water tank or is there an elbow turn to get waste from the toilet to the tank?
2. How do I program the touch panel door locking system?
3. Is there supposed to be a remote that we should have gotten for the TV in the bedroom?

The toilet may have a shallow bend in it, like mine does. Any tighter and you risk having stuff collect there.

If the bedroom TV is a digital flat screen, it should have a remote. I don't know of any that don't. Take a look at the manual for it, that should tell you for sure.

Can't help you with the door locks.

You can find the instructions for the keyless entry in the "Tools" area at the top of the page and then "HOM", (Heartland Owners Manuals).

The programing instructions are available to view on the owners forum.
The bedroom TV should have a remote in your blue bag at delivery.
The Pluming issue - please read below from head of production.

"There are two 45 degree pipes out of toilet then it goes straight into the tank."
