A little gem in the Mt Pleasant, Texas Area.... Big Cypress RV Park.

We found through the PPA book, an RV park about 10 mins south of Interstate 30, on 271 at Pittsburg( MT Pleasant area) in east Texas.
It is called Big Cypress Rv park. Grass and trees. Although it is fairly new, the owner is trying hard to make it nice.
The surroundings are pleasant. It's well back from the interstate or any main roads. It's very quiet and a good starting point for day trips to Historic Jefferson or Caddo Lake. It's worth the drive for just an evening stopover, as opposed to staying off Interstate 30.
The owner and the host, are both nice and very accessible.
It has free (fast) Wifi and free(yes, that's right) laundry.

Here's one of the best parts: It's $12.50 per day (Up to 7 days) at Passport America Rates, for 50 amp service.

Thank you Heartland Owners club for the free PPA membership.

Here's a link http://www.bigcypressrvpark.com/

Tell them you heard it from Trace, on the Heartland forum.
