No Heater Manual

2007 3055RL

My unit did not come with a manual on the heater. I pulled the outside cover off. I didn't see a brand name. The only thing I could find was a sticker telling me it was a Model SF-35 (along with serial numbers and what have you).

Could someone tell me the brand and where I could find manuals?
