There will be a rig weighing service available at the rally for a limited period of time.
Walter Cannon, Executive Director of the RVSEF will be providing two seminars for us Wednesday morning.
Walter will also be performing the weighing service himself. He plans to be available each day from the Saturday prior to the start of the rally, through early morning Wednesday, day 1 of the rally. Following his seminars Wednesday morning, Walter must depart for another engagement.
While we would rather have Walter with us for a couple more days, for those that are able to take advantage of the rig weighing service and take in the two seminars, you'll be glad you did.
There is no advance sign-up for rig weighing. There is a $49 fee for the service, payable to the RVSEF. The service will be performed "as you enter" the Fairgrounds property, in the front parking lot. The parking team will direct you there if you elect to have the service performed.
Attached is more information as well as a worksheet that is REQUIRED for you to complete. It's best to have this completed and printed prior to the rally. The PDF file is "fillable", meaning that if you choose, you can click in the various fields and add your information right into the form, then save and print it. Otherwise, simply print it, fill out your parts and place it in your truck for your arrival.
