Road Service Coverage When Family Members Use the RV

Gang:
My grown son wants to use the Bighorn for a church "campout" due to previous year's experience with small kids and hot weather. He wants to use the Air Conditioning, if necessary. We took about 5 hours last week checking him out on all of the systems and appliances, hitching and unhitching, and out for a towing run.
I was worried if he had a flat tire, or other roadside emergency on their short trip, and called my road service provider Good Sam to see if they would cover this. They won't. It was suggested (in confidence) that he could take out his own roadside assistance policy on the same vehicle, then cancel it and get a refund after his trip.
My question is this: Does any other roadside assistance program cover this type of situation?? With families living near each other, and RV's as underused as they are, this would seem to be a common need to me.

Thanks in advance,

Check with your insurance provider, some times it is included with your policy or can be purchased as a rider.
