hi ya'll
we are passing through grand junction on our way to park city, looking for a nice to stay overnight?
we would like to be in a park then a parking lot.

Not a lot of choices in the area. You might check out RV Park reviews. The KOA there gets good reviews. The state parks in the area are small and may be full, especially on weekends. To stay in the state parks, you get to pay a daily fee to be in the park, as well as the campground fee. Enjoy your travels!

It's a little early, but the Peaches from around Palisade (nearby) are just the best!

I'll have to 2nd the opinion of the peaches!!! We were there last year and the peaches were to die for!!! We are going to be work camping in Larkspur this year (leaving KC on Friday morning), and even though it's a long drive from there we'll probably head for Palisades to buy some!
