Didn't get the plastic covers for my toilet seat screws, didn't realize they were even suppose to be there until I saw 'em in the parts book. Dometic dealers wanted $20+ shipping, emailed Dometic said that it would be $20+ $15 shipping! Biggest rip off of the century!! E-mailed Heartland customer service just to see if they knew of a cheaper supplier. Matt e-mailed me back and said he would just send me out a set for nothing! Didnt want 'em for nothing but I sure like free. Have a picture of the little buggers just so everyone doesn't think I am just a old cheap skate. Even the little things Heartland is there with the best customer service in the industry!
