Trying out my furnace

I was checking out my furnace and came up with a question.

Is air supposed to come out of my living room AC unit as well as the floor ducts when using the furnace?

Rodbuster, I don't think so... I've heard of this before from a couple other posters on the forum but have not really seen any fixes. Maybe a thermostat problem or not knowing the settings for the thermostat? I would not hesitate to call Heartland on this. Have you looked through your manual package for instructions?

On edit, I found this for you CLICK HERE It's a link to the manuals available on the forum through the "Tools" tab up top.

Rodbuster,
Not sure what T-Stat you have, but it may be the fan settings. I did a quick search, as I've seen this asked/answered before. Check this thread.

Thanks fellas, that was the problem I had the thermostat fan position set on " Hi ". After I put it on "Auto" the fan stopped in the AC unit.
I'm still learning, and I have alot to learn. You guys are helping an awful lot.

Thank you
