What is the farthest north you can go to spend Jan., Feb., and Mar. without the threat of broken pipes and to be reasonably warm?

I know a few guys that stay in their trailers year round in southern Alberta. They have elecric tank pads and obviously need full 50amp. Probably gets down to -25C (-13F). We get lots of chinooks though so it doesn't stay cold for long (about week max)

Just my point of view. We spent 5 weeks in AZ and had a couple during a cold snap. Got down to high 20's - low 30's a few nights. Not so sure I would want to stay in our trailer during a longer or colder cold spell than that. Probably couldn't afford the propane.

Mazatlan would be nice....
In British Columbia there are a lot of people that stay on Vancouver Island and around Vancouver. You must love RAIN !! It will get to freezing for a week or two, but wrap your water hose with heat tape and all is OK

Too far north

I live in Austin, TX and as far as I'm concerned I'm 1000 miles too far north now. Eternal springtime is my quest.
